    Notes: Zusammenfassung Überblickt man das Resultat der Untersuchungen, so läßt sich zusammenfassend sagen: 1. Die MethodeRonas, durch die Giftempfindlichkeit der Fermente im Blutserum ihre Herkunft zu bestimmen, ist infolge ihrer Einfachheit geeignet, ein Beitrag für die Erkennung von Organschädigungen für die Klinik zu sein. 2. In allen Fällen, in denen klinisch eine Lebsrschädigung nachzuweisen war, fand sich Leberlipase im Blutserum. 3. Der Icterus neonatorum ist ein anhepatischer Ikterus, denn es findet sich keine Leberlipase im Blutserum. 4. Die Leberschädigung bei der Intoxikation wird durch Auftreten von Leberlipase im Serum bestätigt.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung 1. Bei der Gewichtszunahme der mit Insulin+Traubenzucker behandelten Dystrophiker sprechen wir der Zuckerzufuhr die ausschlaggebende Rolle zu. 2. Beim eutrophischen Säugling erfolgt unter Insulin im Wasserversuch keine Retention der eingeführten Menge, jedoch wird in einem Teil der Fälle der Durchtritt durch das Gewebe verzögert, so daß die Maximalausscheidung nicht, wie normal in die 1. Stunde, sondern später fällt. 3. Bei Behandlung der akuten Wasserverluste und der Intoxikation tritt in einem Teil der Fälle mit Insulin eine Besserung ein. Es kommt zum Schwinden der toxischen Symptome und zum Gewichtsanstieg. Ob dieser Erfolg auf das Insulin zu beziehen ist, bleibt zweifelhaft; denn bei der üblichen Behandlung dieser Zustände werden dieselben Ergebnisse in nicht geringerer Häufigkeit beobachtet. Beim größten Teil der mit Insulin behandelten Fälle gelang es nicht, das Leben der Kinder zu retten. 4. Ein Einfluß auf das Gewicht und den Appetit tuberkulöser oder neuropathischer, nicht essender Kinder konnte trotz hoher Dosen Insulin (bis 60 E täglich) nicht erreicht werden.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung 1. Scharlachkranke Kinder zeigen von Beginn der Erkrankung bis weit in die Rekonvaleszenz hinein (10. Woche) vagotonische Blutdruckkurven, woraus geschlossen wird, daß Vagotoniker zur Scharlacherkrankung besonders disponiert sind. 2. Tuberkulöse Meningitis mit vagotonischen Reizsymptomen ergab ebenfalls den vagotonischen Typ der Blutdruckkurve. 3. Zwei Kinder mit anaphylaktischer Purpura (Schönlein-Henoch) zeigen nicht vom Normalen abweichende Kurven.
