Summary.— A child with osteoma cutis is reported who was shown to have pseudo-pseudohypoparathyroidism(PPH). Investigation of the family revealed subcutaneous calcification in the brother and mother, who were shown respectively to have pseudohypoparathyroidism (PH) and PPH, variants of Albright's hereditary osteodystrophy (AHO). Review of the literature suggests that most of the cases of ‚primary’ osteoma cutis are examples of AHO.
