Notes:
A nonsymmetric gravitational theory is presented which is free of ghost poles, tachyons, and higher-order poles and there are no problems with asymptotic boundary conditions. A static spherically symmetric solution in the long-range approximation is everywhere regular and does not contain a black hole event horizon. The information loss problem is resolved at the classical level. © 1995 American Institute of Physics.
