Conclusions The works presented in the present paper are only a part of the extensive material on the neutron-dynamic investigations of the physics of condensed media, which has been accumulated over 30 years of the use of DIN-type spectrometers. The scientific group which participated at different stages in the development and the operation of the DIN spectrometers and in performing experimental work on them is reflected in the composition of the authors. These include: The staff at the Laboratory of Slow-Neutron Physics at the PPEI (present and past): T. V. Alenichev, R. N. Artemov, N. M. Blagoveshchenskii, B. K. Blinov, G. G. Glukhov, Yu. V. Grigor'ev, A. I. Koshelev, V. G. Kulebyakin, A. M. Lazovskii, N. V. Meshkov, V. P. Minaev, V. I. Moiseev, I. Z. Nozik, V. V. Savostin, V. V. Sevryukov, A. N. Skomorokhov, S. N. Smol'nikov, D. V. Shegovoi, O. V. Sobolev, L. M. Starykh, A. I. Stupak, N. K. Fomichev, I. K. Chubukov, and V. S. Shakhmatov; the staff at the Design Office of the PPEI, who worked on the DIN-1-2 projects as part of the teams headed by P. S. Klemyshev, N. V. Khoteev, and others; developers of the electronic apparatus at the PPEI V. I. Smirnov and his group, which created the MAI-1 temporal analyzer, R. É. Bagdasarov, who developed the system of phasing of the neutron interrupter, and others; the staff at the Laboratory of Neutron Physics at the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research, who participated directly in the development and operation of the DIN spectrometers and research work performed on them; and, the staff of the Thermophysical Division of the PPEI, at whose initiative and with whose participation work was performed on the investigation of the behavior of impurities in liquid metals: M. V. Zaezzhev, M. N. Ivanovskii, and A. L. Shimkevich. To all of these colleagues and groups we express our deep appreciation. For encouragement at different stages of the work, we also thank S. T. Belyaev, B. G. Dubovskii, B. F. Gromov, Yu. A. Kazanskii, Yu. V. Konobeev, B. D. Kuz'minov, I. G. Morozov, M. N. Nikolaev, L. P. Pitaevskii, N. S. Rabotnov, Yu. Ya. Stavisskii, B. I. Fursov, and N.
