    Notes: It is very difficult matter that polishes the internal surface of the pipe, especially to the thinpipe with the traditional surface technology. Because a usual tool cannot into the inner surface of thethin pipe and automation do not achieved easily. This paper brings up a new method that utilize thecharacteristic of the magnetic force line may penetrate the non-magnetic material, may using themagnetic abrasive finishing (MAF) method complete to the inner surface of the thin pipe precisepolishing. The magnetic abrasive finishing does not need special equipment to complete the complexshape internal surface polishing. Moreover, we already obtained the famous processing effectthrough the experiment. Meanwhile this paper analyses some factors of influences efficiency, andpropose some solution method

    Notes: Regulating diameter-variable moment pumping unit as the research object. which beenanalysed by virtual prototyping technology, by this way, the application ways and realization meansof virtual prototyping technology is explored in this field.The virtual prototyping technology isintroduced into the dynamic characteristics analysis and optimization for pumping units, and the 3DCAD software, multibody system dynamics analysis software and finite element analysis softwarewere combined. The digital physical prototype for pumping units is established by UG software;ADAMS was Used to establish the function virtual prototype and virtual test system, to develop thetest analysis and optimize its structure parameters according to the movement requirements forpumping units; The finite element analysis of the pumping unit parts is processed in the ANSYSenvironment, and structural design is optimized in accordance with the stress distributioncharacteristics of pumping components. In this paper, CAD and CAE technology are used with closecombination, the pumping units dynamics analysis and simulation is developed from the systemicperspective. The research has the characteristics of high precision analysis, wide range ofapplications and good practical value

    Notes: Time grating displacement sensor is briefly introduced for measuring space with time.The measured values of time grating will not update during the measuring period. To use the sensoras position feedback component for CNC rotary table positioning servo control, this paper firstlyintroduces prediction conception to measurement field, and predictive measurement method isfirstly proposed. Predicted values are derived form past measured values and the prediction error iscorrected in real time using the new measured values. The positioning accuracy of the CNC rotarytable is improved greatly. Experiment results conform the validity of the proposed method
