Notes: Abstract We present a detailed discussion of the electroweak radiative corrections to the partial decay widths of theZ boson into lepton and quark pairs (q≠t) and to the total width for 5 flavors. The results are only very weakly dependent on the Higgs mass. The top mass dependence leads to sizable variations ofΓ z which have to be taken into account for precision experiments at thee + e − colliders LEP and SLC.

Notes: Abstract We compare two renormalization schemes of the electroweak standard model: the on-shell scheme withe, M W ,M Z ,M H , and the fermion masses {m f } as free parameters, and an intermediate scheme where theW boson self energy is renormalized atq 2=0 instead ofq 2=M W 2. TheM W −M Z interdependence, and the differentiale + e −→μ + μ − cross section including polarized beams are calculated in both schemes to one-loop order. We find striking differences between the forward-backward asymmetries and the polarization asymmetries near theZ resonance after inclusion of weak and QED corrections.

Notes: Abstract We calculate for the standard electroweak model the 1-loop radiative corrections to purely leptonic reactions like μ decay, $$\mathop v\limits^{( - )} _\mu e$$ scattering and μ pair production ine + e − annihilation. A renormalization scheme with the particle massesM W ,M Z ,M H ,m f as parameters and the minimal number of wave function renormalization constants leading to finite Green functions is used. We perform a test of the standard model by comparing these low energy data with the results of thePP collider experiments for theW andZ boson masses.

Notes: Abstract For the SUSY Standard Model we give a detailed discussion how HERA can be used for disentangling the mixing structure in the neutralino sector. We present 3-dimensional plots for the total cross section and for the polarization asymmetry for selectron-squark production, varying both the sfermion masses and a mixing parameter. The main results are: (i) production rates at HERA are reasonably large for a wide range of mixing parameters; (ii) the polarization asymmetry depends only weakly upon the sfermion masses and thus is a very useful tool in determining mixing parameters or mass splittings between left and right handed selectron masses.

Notes: Abstract Formulae for the radiative corrections toe + e −→f $$\bar f$$ andep→eX,v e X′ are given for two Higgs doublets inSU(2)×U(1). The magnitude of deviations from the minimal model is discussed for theM W −M Z mass correlation, thee + e − forward-backward and polarization asymmetries and σ(e + e − → hadrons) at LEP/SLC, and for σ(NC)/σ(CC), charge and polarization asymmetries in deep inelasticep scattering at HERA. Precision experiments can restrict the mass splitting between neutral and charged Higgs bosons to ≃100 GeV. In the supersymmetric Higgs model the additional corrections remain unobservably small.
