A new model form of the wall-proximity effect on the pressure-strain correlation term is carefully derived based on realizability. All other models used in this paper also satisfy realizability. As a test flow for a complete set of second-order realizable models, the turbulent boundary layer with zero-pressure gradient was calculated. Numerical solutions of the mean velocity, component energies, shear stress, and dissipation of the turbulence energy are obtained, which are in excellent agreement with experiment.
