    Description / Table of Contents: Abstract Четвертая твердая суперкислота, следующая за суперкислотами Fe2O3, TiO2 и ZrO2, была синтезирована добавлением иона сульфата к HfO2. Катализатор, полученный обработкой Hf(OH)4, приготовленного гидролизом HfCl4, 2N H2SO4 с дальнейшим обжигом на воздухе при 600–800 °C, оказался активным в скелетной изомеризации бутана до изобутана.
    Notes: Abstract The fourth solid superacid following Fe2O3, TiO2 and ZrO2 was synthesized by the addition of sulfate ion to HfO2. The catalyst, which was obtained by exposing Hf(OH)4, prepared by the hydrolysis of HfCl4, to 2N H2SO4 and then calcining in air at 600–800 °C, was active for the skeletal isomerization of butane to isobutane.

    Notes: Abstract Catalysts which were obtained by exposing Fe(OH)3 and Fe2O3 prior to the crystallization to 0.5 N H2SO4 and then calcining in air at 500 °C were highly active for oxidations of butane and isobutane to CO and CO2 below 300 °C, while iron oxides prepared without the sulfate treatment were completely inactive.

Пентан и изопентан превращалиь в изопент аи и изобутан, соответственно, с селективностью 84% при кортком контакте и при 80°C.
    Notes: Abstract The title reactions were studied with a solid superacid, which was prepared by exposing Zr(OH)4 to 1 N H2SO4, followed by calcination at 650°C in air. Pentane and isopentane were converted into isopentane and isobutane, respectively, the selectivities being 84% under short contact conditions at 80°C.
