Abstract Approximations to all the zeros of a polynomial may be used to find a better approximation to one of the zeros. Using this fact, we present a simple approach to the derivation of a class of Iteration Functions for simultaneously improving approximations to zeros of a polynomial. Convergence properties are studied and computational results are included.
