Conclusions 1. After aging of samples of Kh18N10T in the elastically stressed condition at 500°C there is a maximum corresponding to about 5% preliminary deformation in the Δσy−ε relationship. 2. Dislocation walls fixed by finely dispersed particles of carbide inclusions cause the presence of the maximum on the Δσy−ε curve. 3. Aging in the elastically stressed condition leads to an increase in the decrement of damping of oscillations in the second stage of the amplitude relationship of internal friction and to an increase in the critical amplitude of brittle fracture.
