Zusammenfassung Die Nachweisbarkeit von Y-Chromosomen in Abhängigkeit vom Zellmaterial (Knorpel-, Periost-, Knochenmarkszellen), von der Liegezeit p.m., dem Fäulniszustand bzw. von extremen physikalischen Einflüssen auf den menschlichen Körper wird untersucht. Ergebnisse anderer Autoren werden zusammengestellt und zur Frage der Möglichkeit einer Geschlechtsdiagnostik an Hand des Y-Chromosoms Stellung genommen.

Summary The provability of Y-chromosomes depending on various tissues (cartilage-, periost-, marrow-cells), the p.m. interval the degree of decomposition and physical influences on the human body is examined. The results of other authors are collected and the possibility of a sex-determination with the help of Y-chromosomes is discussed.
