Résumé De 60 malades avec Epiphysiolysis tibiae distalis nous avons su reéxaminer 38. Dans un seul cas, qui'n' était pas exactement ajusté, en trouvait une légêre deformation en varus. Avec un ajustement axact et fixation avec un platre crural sans coussin pour assez longtemps, le prognostic des fractures epiphysales et des epiphyseolyses n'est pas si mal, que l'opinion general le croit.

Zusammenfassung Von 60 Epiphysenverletzungen am distalen Schienbeinende konnten 38 nachuntersucht werden. Nur in einem nicht exakt reponierten Fall konnte eine geringe Varusdeformität gefunden werden. Die Prognose der Supinationsepiphysenlösungen und Epiphysenfrakturen ist bei genauer Reposition und entsprechender Ruhigstellung im ungepolsterten Unterschenkelgipsverband nicht so schlecht, wie allgemein angenommen wird.

Summary 38 out of 60 cases with injuries of the distal tibial epiphysis appeared at the follow-up examination. In only one unexactly reduced case was a slight varus deformity found. If reduction is exact and immobilisation in an unpadded below-knee cast is correct, then the prognosis of this injury is better than generally supposed.
