Tetramethyl-1,3-disilapentene (II)(3) easily reacts with hydrogen halides and the halogens. These reactions are investigated by p. m. r. methods. Depending on the conditions and quantities applied, the reaction of (II) and HBr yields the cyclic addition compound (III), the linear cleavage product (IV) and its addition and cleavage compounds (VII) and (VI) and ethylene. The reaction with HCl occurs more slowly under formation of ClMe2SiCH2SiMe2CH=CH2. Depending on the conditions applied the reaction with bromine leads to the cyclic addition compound (XIII) and the cleavage products (XVI) and trans-CHBr=CHBr and (VI). (XIII) easily rearranges to (XVI). Reaction of (II) and chlorine in CCl4 yields the cyclic addition compound (XX).
Notes:
Tetramethyl-1,3-disilapenten (II)(3) reagiert leicht mit Halogenwasserstoffen und Halogenen. Die dabei eintretenden Umsetzungen werden mit PMR-Messungen untersucht und aufgeklärt. Bei der Reaktion mit HBr bilden sich je nach Bedingungen und Mengenverhältnissen die cyclische Additionsverbindung (III), BrMe2SiCH2SiMe2CH=CH2 (IV) und deren Anlagerungs- und Spaltungsverbindungen BrMe2SiCH2SiMe2CH2CH2Br (VII), BrMe2SiCH2SiMe2Br (VI) sowie Äthylen. HCl reagiert langsamer unter Bildung von ClMe2SiCH2SiMe2CH=CH2. Mit Brom bilden sich die cyclische Dibromanlagerungsverbindung (XIII), die Spaltprodukte BrMe2SiCH2SiMe2CH=CHBr (XVI), trans-CHBr=CHBr und (VI), (abhängig von den Reaktionsbedingungen). (XIII) lagert sich leicht in (XVI) um. Chlor reagiert in CCl4 unter Bildung der cyclischen Dichloranlagerungsverbindung XX.
