Abstract An electric analogue model of the neuron is described. The model neuron is composed of the active units which simulate the electric behaviors of the active loci of the membrane of a neuron. The active units include the model axon and the model synapses of six different types (the ordinary, incremental and decremental onse each having the excitatory and the inhibitory types). The properties of the models are described.
