Notes: The title complex, C11H22O6P2, contains two tetrahedral P(V) atoms connected by a bridging methylene group. The two P=O vectors are rotated away from each other, with an O—P—P—O torsion angle of −135.1 (1)°. Each P atom is contained in a six-membered ring with two O and three C atoms. The six-membered rings are in chair conformations, with the O atom of the P=O moiety in an equatorial position.
