Résumé Après une courte introduction pharmacologique les auteurs soulignent le fait d'avoir limité leur étude aux ganglioplégiques pures. Ils les distinguent de ces ganglioplégiques qui ont aussi un tel effect. Ils mettent en évidence les avantages des premiers concernant la pathologie du système neurovégétatif. A l'égard de ces avantages les ganglioplégiques ont trouvé du premier moment le plus grand intérêt dans le traitement des maladies artérielles. Outre les expériences personelles des auteurs concernant l'effet des ganglioplégiques dans le traitement des maladies artérielles ceci permettent aussi une différenciation diagnostique entre les formes fonctionelles et organiques des maladies vasculaires, des déterminations des états spastiques des formes organiques et l'état actuel atteint par la maladie. Les possibilités diagnostiques à l'aide des ganglioplégiques au cours des maladies vasculaires ont aussi une influence indirecte sur l'indication thérapeutique. Celle-ci est plus rationelle et beaucoup moins douteuse par cette forme de traitement.

Summary After a brief pharmacological introduction the authors underline the fact of having limited their study to the true ganglion-blockers. They distinguish them from those drugs which also have a ganglion blocking effect. They point out the advantages of the former in the pathology of neurovegetative system. For these advantages the ganglion blocking drugs found from the first moment the greatest interest in the treatment of arterial diseases. Beside the personal experiences of the authors concerning the effect of the ganglion blocking drugs in arterial damages those drugs also allow a diagnostic differenciation between the functional and the organic forms of vascular diseases, the determination of the spastic component in the organic forms and the stage the disease has reached. The diagnostic possibilities by use of ganglion-blockers in arterial diseases influence although indirectly the therapeutic indications having a more rational and less doubtful result by this form of treatment.
