Nach Injektion von Mecholyl und Secretin werden vom Hunde erheblich vermehrte Mengen von fettspaltendem Ferment ausgeschieden. 4. Die Wirkung des Secretin auf die Ausscheidung des fettspaltenden Fermentes ist länger anhaltend als die Auscheidung nach Mecholyl.
