Zusammenfassung 0,1 bis 0,25 g der Substanz werden auf der analytischen Waage auf ein Zehntelmilligramm genau abgewogen und dann in einem Meßkolben von entweder 10,00 oder 25,00 ml Inhalt eingetragen und gelöst. Nach Auffüllen bis zur Marke werden 0,500 ml der Lösung mit einer Auswaschpipette zur Ausführung der Mikro-Kjeldahlbestimmung abgemessen. Methylalkohol und Äthylalkohol haben sich als Lösungsmittel bewährt.

Résumé 0,1 ou 0,25 g de substance sont pesés à 0,1 de mg près sur une balance analytique et portés respectivement dans un matras de 10,00 ou de 25,00 ml. Après dissolution et mise au trait, 0,500 ml sont prélevés à l'aide d'une auswaschpipette pour l'exécution d'un micro-Kjeldahl. L'alcool méthylique et éthylique se sont révélés de bons solvants.

Summary Using an analytical balance, one weighs 0,1 g or 0,25 g of the substance to the nearest tenth of a milligram. The substance is then dissolved to give 10,00 ml of solution, of which 0,500 ml are used for the micro determination. Methanol and ethanol are recommended for solvents.
