    Notes: Zusammenfassung Das Zählrohr, mit welchem man Messungen ganz schwacher Radioaktivitäten vorzunehmen beabsichtigt, wird auf geeignete Weise mit einer Reihe anderer Zählrohre umgeben. Man verwendet einen Verstärker, der nur die Impulse des ersten Zählrohres zählt, soweit sie nicht mit Stößen in einem der umgebenden Zählrohre koinzidieren. Durch Verwendung von Bleipanzern und dieser Kompensation für Koinzidenzen kann der natürliche Effekt, der mit einem Zählrohr gemessen wird, auf etwa ein Fünftel des Wertes, den man ohne Schutz erhält, herabgesetzt werden.
