Notes:
One-dimensional heteronuclear NOE difference spectroscopy was used to assign 1H and 13C NMR spectra of dinuclear fulvalene complexes with tungsten and molybdenum. It was found that metal-metal bonded complexes show 1H chemical shifts which are the inverse of those in non-metal - metal bonded complexes, whereas the relative 13C chemical shifts are not affected by the metal - metal bond.
