Zusammenfassung Schon bei der Erstversorgung sind versicherungsrechtliche Entscheidungen zu treffen und die für spätere Begutachtungen wichtigen Dokumentationen vorzunehmen. Noch im Heilverlauf stellen sich Probleme des Therapiewechsels, der beruflichen Rehabilitation sowie von Folge- und Begleiterkrankungen. Bedeutungsvoll sind übersehene Verletzungen. Die Begutachtung muß in Händen von Chirurgen liegen, die sich auch klinisch mit diesen Verletzungen befassen, Begutachtung vom Schreibtisch aus ist abzulehnen.

Summary Already with the first medical treatment decisions of legal affirmation have to be made and the important documentations for subsequent examinations have to be taken in hand. Still during the healing progress problems of examination are set which can affect the change of therapy, professional rehabilitation as well as sequel and accompanying illnesses. Of importance are also overlooked injuries. The accomplishment of examination has to be in the hands of surgeons.
