Zusammenfassung Es wird das gemeinsame Vorkommen von Chorea Huntington mit spastischer Spinalparalyse und amyotrophischer Lateralsklerose beschrieben, im letzten der beiden Fälle einschließlich neuropathologischer Befunde. Unter Berücksichtigung ähnlicher Mitteilungen in der Literatur wird das seltene Zusammentreffen dieser Systemerkrankungen diskutiert.

Summary The authors describe a case of spinal spastic paralysis and a case of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, both associated with Huntington's chorea. The neuropathological findings in the latter case are reported in detail. The rare association of these systemic diseases is discussed with reference to similar observations reported in the literature.
