Zusammenfassung Die Zahl der T-Lymphocyten und ihre Funktionen wurden bei 24 Patienten mit Psoriasis guttata mit denen der gesunden Kontrollen verglichen. Auf Stimulation mit Phytohemagglutinin (PHA), Concanavalin A und PPD zeigte sich eine verminderte Fähigkeit, in vitro DNS zu synthetisieren. Der Prozentsatz und die absolute Zahl sowohl der T-als auch der B-Lymphocyten zeigten keine Veränderungen.

Summary T-lymphocyte number and functions were studied in 24 patients with psoriasis guttata as compared to healthy controls. A decrease was found of the in vitro ability to synthetize DNA in response to stimulation with phytohemaglutinin (PHA), concanavalin A, poke weed mitogen and PPD, which was statistically significant for PHA. The percentage and absolute numbers of both T and B peripheral blood lymphocytes were not altered.
