Zusammenfassung Aus dem Basisgleichungssatz für die Titrationskurve der Titration schwacher Säuren oder Basen läßt sich explizit eine Gleichung für den pK-Wert angeben. Aus dem systematischen Gang der pK-Werte wird ein Verfahren zur Optimierung der Anfangskonzentration abgeleitet, so daß auch ohne Kenntnis der genauen Einwaage Aciditätskonstanten mit der vollen Genauigkeit von 0,01 pK-Einheiten bestimmt werden können.

Abstract An explicit equation can be derived for acidity constants from the basic equations of the titration-curves of weak acids. Furthermore, an iterative optimization procedure for the initial concentration of the substance can be derived from the systematically deviation of calculated pK-values. Thus, the determination of acidity constants is possible also without exactly known weight of substances, within the precision of the method (standard deviation 0.01 pK-units).
