Zusammenfassung Eine schwere Carbamazepin-Vergiftung wurde in ihrem klinischen Verlauf beschrieben. Aufgrund fortlaufend durchgeführter chemischtoxikologischer Bestimmungen von Carbamazepin in Blut, Harn, Peritonealdialysat und Magenspülflüssigkeit konnte die Effektivität der einzelnen Eliminationsverfahren näher untersucht werden.

Abstract The course of a severe Carbamazepin poisoning is described. By performing continuous quantitation of Carbamazepin in the blood urine, peritoneal dialysate and gastric washings, the effectiveness of the various modes of elimination of the poison could be compared.
