Zusammenfassung Es wird über ein ausgedehntes, infiltratives, solitäres Spinalneurinom berichtet. Dieses zeichnet sich röntgenologisch neben einer Ausweitung des Interarcualraumes durch eine grobwabige, unsymmetrische cystenartige Veränderung der Wirbelkörper, grobmorphologisch durch Weichteilinfiltration, tiefes Eindringen in die Wirbelkörper, diffuses Haften an der Dura mater und feingeweblich durch eine unruhige Gesamtarchitektur mit Zell- und Kernpolymorphie sowie sarkomatösen Tumorarealen aus. Die Gewebekultur der Geschwulst bestätigt ein entartetes Schwannom. Präformierte Ganglienzellen zeigen degenerative Veränderungen. Über die radiologische Differentialdiagnostik und morphologischen Kriterien der biologischen Wertigkeit des Blastoms erfolgt eine kurze Erörterung.

Summary This is a report on an extensive, infiltrating, solitary spinal neurinoma. This is distinguished 1. radiographically by a coarse-alveolar, asymmetrical cystic degeneration of the vertebral bodies in addition to a widening of the interpeduncular space, 2. pathomorphologically by an infiltration into the soft tissue, a deep penetration into the vertebral bodies and a diffuse adhesion to the dura mater and 3. histologically by a metamorphosis of both cellular and nuclear polymorphism as well as isolated sarcoid areas of the tumor. The culture of the tumour confirms a malignant schwannoma. Preformed gangliocytes show certain degree of degenerations. A radiographical differential diagnosis and morphological criteria of the biological valence of blastomas are discussed briefly.
