ZusammenfaBung Die AuBtellung zeigt typische Beispiele von Replantationen im Handbereich mit funktionellen ErgebniBen. Ferner werden Beispiele gezeigt, bei denen der Daumen durch eine Langfingertransplantation ersetzt wurde, wenn das Daumenamputat zerstört war. Eine andere Möglichkeit des Daumenersatzes durch eine freie 2. Zehentransplantation mit mikrogefäBchirurgischem AnschluB wird ebenfalls vorgestellt.

Summary The exhibition shows typical examples of replantations of the hand and the long-term functional results. It also shows the results of transplantation of fingers for thumb replacement when the thumb is totally destroyed. Another poBibility for thumb replacement is the second toe transfer by microvascular anastomoses, which is als shown.
