    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Klinische und morphologische Beschreibung von Weichteilaffektionen (juvenile Fibromatose, plantare Fibromatose, Desmoid, Fasciitis nodularis pseudosarcomatosa, Myositis proliferans, Myositis ossificans lokalisata, Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans), die im makroskopischen und histologischen Bild an sarkomatöse Geschwulstprozesse erinnern, deren biologisches Verhalten aber gutartig ist. Trotz ausgeprägter Rezidivneigung bei unvollständiger Entfernung wird eine Malignisierung der beschriebenen Weichteilveränderungen nicht beobachtet. Die radikale chirurgische Excision ist in jedem Falle anzustreben.
    Notes: Summary Clinical and morphological description of soft tissue lesions (juvenile fibromatoses, plantar fibromatoses, desmoid, fasciitis nodularis pseudosarcomatosa, myositis proliferans, myositis ossificans localisata, dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans), which macro- and microscopically resemble sarcomatous processes. However, their biological behavior is benign. In spite of their tendency to recur after nonradical excision, a change to true malignant tumors is not noticed. Radical surgical excision should be tried.
