    Description / Table of Contents: Iodverbindungen mit dem —OTeF5-LigandenDie Verbindungen (C4H5)4N+I(OTeF5)4- und (C4H9)4N+O = I(OTeF5)4- werden aus (C4H9)4N+OTeF5- und I(OTeF5)5, oder O = I(OTeF5)3 dargestellt. Die Kristallstrukturen zeigen eine quadratisch-planare IO4-Geometrie für I(OTeF5)4- und eine pyramidale Geometrie mit doppeltgebundenem Sauerstoff für O = I(OTeF5)4-. I(OTeF5)3 kristallisiert in sehr dünnen Plättchen, was die kristallographische Untersuchung unmöglich macht. Cl—I(OTeF5)2 zeigt isolierte Iodatome mit einer T-förmigen Iodkoordination und dem Chloratom in einer „äquatorialen“ Position.
    Notes: The compounds (C4H5)4N+I(OTeF5)4- and (C4H9)4N+O = I(OTeF5)4- are made from (C4H9)4N+OTeF5- and I(OTeF5)3, I(OTeF5)5, or O = I(OTeF5)3. The crystal structures exhibit a square planar IO4 geometry for I(OTeF5)4- and a pyramidal geometry with double bonded oxygen for O = I(OTeF5)4-. I(OTeF5)3 crystallizes in very thin plates which made a crystallographic investigation impossible. Cl—I(OTeF5)2 shows isolated molecules with a T-shaped iodine coordination and the chlorine atom in an “equatorial” position.
