Résumé Le cas d'un m. fléchisseur superficiel, digastrique, surnuméraire, annexé au tendon normal du m. fléchisseur superficiel de l'index est rapporté. A notre connaissance il s'agit d'une variation anatomique jamais décrite auparavant. Le corps musculaire anormal se présentait comme une pseudotumeur progressive de la paume et avait nécessité une exploration chirurgicale pour obtenir le diagnostic final.

Summary An anomalous, digastric flexor digitorum superficialis in addition to a normal flexor digitorum superficialis to the index finger, is reported. To our knowledge, this is an anatomic variation never described before. The anomalous muscle belly presented as a progressive pseudotumor of the palm and needed exploration to provide the final diagnosis.
