Summary

The synthesis of fluorescent labelled derivative of the N-terminal physalaemin hexapeptide [6–11], which contains a 1-dimethylaminoaphtalene-5-sulfonyl residue at the α-amino group of the N-terminal Lysine, is described. Pharmacological data of the fluorescent labelled compound as compared with the unsubstituted peptide are reported.
