Interaction between dehydroepiandrosterone, cyclic adenosine-3',5'-monophosphate and glucose-6-phosphate-dehydrogenase in normal and diseased subjects

Zusammenfassung

Die Bestimmung von Gesamt0DHEA im Plasma, G-6-PDH in Erythrocyten und c-AMP in Plasma und “Erythrocyten” bei Hyperlipoproteinämie, Psoriasis vulgaris, akuter Psychose und Menopausensyndrom ergab gegenüber den entsprechenden Kontrollen deutlich niedrigere Plasmaspiegel des C19-Steroids, eine erhöhte G-6-PDH-Aktivität in Erythrocyten und verminderte Konzentrationen an c-AMP in Plasma oder “Erythrocyten”, was auf Zusammenhänge der untersuchten Parameter hinweist.
