Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine neue Methode zur Präparation der sogenannten «glomerulären Komplexe» aus Kaninchen-Kleinhirn beschrieben, deren komplexe innere Struktur weitgehend intakt bleibt. Mit Hilfe der quantitativen elektronenmikroskopischen Methode wurden über 90% intakter Glomeruli errechnet.
