Conclusions

A relationship has been derived which permits one to compare purities of viscoses having different viscoities on the basis of figures for their filterability through a screen having a mesh size of 71 × 71 μ.

Thereupon the filterability of viscoses having different viscosities is recalculated to a filterability at a definite, selected viscosity.
