On detection of high-energy neutrinos from sources of gamma-ray bursts

Abstract

We show that, contrary to a recent suggestion, fluxes of ∼ 30 GeV-1 TeV neutrinos that may accompanyγ-ray bursts are at least a few orders of magnitude too weak to be detected by the current or planned neutrino detectors.
