Abstract
Using the XXZ model for the description of one-dimensional magnetic materials we show that an energy flux, j E, produces a shift, δk∼\(\sqrt {j_E } \), in the characteristic wavenumber of the spin-spin correlations. We estimate δk for a realistic experimental setup and find that it is measurable in inelastic neutron scattering experiments.

As a simplest competing interaction, the second integral of motion, j2, was added to the XXZ hamiltonian and j2 turns out to be the energy current operator.
