Abstract
We introduce a network of binary oscillators coupled with time delays. Based on the investigation of the dynamics of single time-delayed binary oscillator, the behaviour of a pair of oscillators with excitatory coupling is analyzed in detail. It is shown that perfect synchronous solutions exist for a wide range of initial conditions in the presented oscillatory network.
