Zusammenfassung

Mit einer fluorimetrischen Methode wird durch Bestimmung von Dopamin nachgewiesen, daß der Herzmuskel des Meerschweinchens Dopa zu Dopamin decarboxylieren kann. Die Decarboxylase ist im Zellsaft lokalisiert. Ihre Aktivität ist gegenüber anderen Organen klein.
