Immunglobulin D-Nachweis und Leichtketten-Typenbestimmung antinucleärer Serumfaktoren mit dem Fluorescenz-Antiglobulin-Test

Zusammenfassung

22 Seren, in denen antinucleäre Serumfaktoren nachgewiesen worden waren, wurden mit einem modifizierten Fluorescenz-Antiglobulin-Test auf das Vorhandensein von Immunglobulin D in den antinucleären Faktoren und auf den Leichtketten-Typ der Immunglobuline mit antinucleärer Aktivität untersucht. Bei 14 Seren (64%) ließ sich IgD fluorescenzoptisch in den antinucleären Faktoren nachweisen. Auch für den Nachweis der L-Ketten-Typen Kappa und Lambda in den antinucleären Faktoren war der modifizierte Fluorescenz-Antiglobulin-Test brauchbar; eine relativ hohe Quote negativer Testergebnisse ist vermutlich durch eine geringe Aktivität der verwendeten Antiseren bedingt.

Summary

Using a modified fluorescence-antiglobulintest, 22 sera who all showed a positive antinuclear factor reaction, were investigated for presence of immunoglobulin D and the kind of light chain types in antinuclear factors. In 14 sera (64%) immunoglobulin D was demonstrable by immunofluorescence. The modified test also was useful for demonstration of the light chain types in antinuclear factors. The relative high portion of negative test results probably may be caused by a low activity of used antisera.
