Summary
From PHA-P a pure mitogen was isolated, using a combination of two separation procedures, cation exchange chromotography and gel filtration. The biological activity of this purified mitogen was about a hundredfold higher compared with the starting material.
Zusammenfassung
Durch die Kombination zweier Trennverfahren, der Kationenaustausch-Chromotographie und der Gelfiltration wurde, ausgehend von PHA-P ein reines Mitogen isoliert. Die biologische Aktivität des gereinigten Mitogens war hundertfach höher als die des Ausgangsmaterials.
