Short-term treatment of patients with chronic and recurrent urinary tract infections with co-trimoxazole

Summary

A study is presented in which patients with recurrent urinary tract infections with and without anatomical defects or obstructive diseases are treated with a short-term, high-dosage followed by a short-term, low-dosage regimen of co-trimoxazole.
