Autocorrelation coefficient of the radiation output of a frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser

Abstract

The autocorrelation coefficient of a frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser output has been extracted for various operating conditions from the pulse form measured by a streak camera and from the enhancement of the nonresonant CARS intensity for correlated as against uncorrelated pump beams. The measured values are compared with values in the normalized Gaussian model.
