Zusammenfassung

Unsere Studie führte zu folgenden Ergebnissen: Perioperative Bluttransfusionen haben keinen Einfluß auf das Überleben von Mammakarzinompatientinnen.

Perioperative Bluttransfusionen erhöhen die postoperative infektiöse Morbidität nach onkologischen Operationen der Mamma.

Der präoperative Hämoglobinwert erwies sich in der explorativen Analyse, der im Rahmen dieser Studie gewonnenen Daten als ein neuer Prognosefaktor bezüglich der Überlebenszeit.
