Contribution to biliobronchial fistula

Summary

A case report has been made on a bronchobiliary fistula which was caused from an unspecific liver abscess. The causal therapy was the drainage of the liver abscess. The fistula then healed spontaneously. A primary thoracic sanitation of the fistula is in such cases not indicated.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Patienten mit bronchobiliärer Fistel, deren Ursache ein unspezifischer Leberabsceß war, berichtet. Die kausale Therapie bestand in der Drainage des Leberabscesses, die Fistel heilte dann auch spontan ab. Eine primär thorakale Fistelsanierung ist in solchen Fällen nicht angezeigt.
