Summary

In hyperaldosteronism (Conn's syndrome: 5 patients), hyperadrenocorticism (Cushing's syndrome: 78 patients), and pheochromocytoma (24 patients) the pathophysiologic and pathologic features are shown. In particular, the recent state of invasive and noninvasive diagnostic and localizing tests, the principles of operative and perioperative procedures, and management in terms of substitution therapy are outlined. In pheochromocytoma, the late operative results are favorable: operative lethality, 0%.

Zusammenfassung

In systematischer Form und anhand des eigenen Krankengutes (1966–1978) werden die Krankheitsbilder des Hyperaldosteronismus (Conn-Syndrom: 5 Pat.), Hypercortizismus (Cushing-Syndrom: 78 Pat.) und des Phäochromocytoms (24 Pat.) dargestellt. Neben den wichtigsten pathologischen und pathophysiologischen Grundzügen wird der heutige Stand der Art- aund Lokalisationsdiagnostik durch invasive und nicht-invasive Verfahren, Bowie der Operationstaktik, der speziellen postoperativen Maßnahmen und Substitutionstherapie aufgezeigt. Die Operations-Spätergebnisse bei NN-Mark-Tumoren sind günstig, die Op.-Letalität betrug 0 %.
