A simple, inexpensive 8-channel multiplexer for electromyography in human locomotion

Abstract

Multichannel electromyographic studies of human locomotion can be greatly facilitated by the use of a multiplexer-demultiplexer system as described in this note. The system has 8-channel capability, each channel having a bandwidth from d.c. to 1800 Hz, and channel separation is at least 30 dB.
