Summary

The triplane fracture of the ankle sets three problems: the one of its identification (the third plan is not appearent), the one of its treatement, and the one of priority of taking the subjacent articulation into account. The authors remind the general principles to apply to solve these problems.

La fracture triplane de la cheville pose trois problèmes: celui de son identitification (le troisième plan n'est pas apparent), celui de son traitement, celui de la priorité de la prise en compte de l'articulation sous-jacente. Les auteurs rappelent les principes généraux à appliquer pour leur résolution.
