Fractionation of alcohol dehydrogenase and α-amylase alleles from wheat in actinomycin-D/CsCl gradients

Abstract

Wheat alcohol dehydrogenase and α-amylase genes were fractionated and enriched in an actinomycin-D/CsCl gradient. The experiments illustrated may be of importance for cloning of DNA alleles in crop science.
