Zusammenfassung

Für die Bestimmung der enzymatischen Aktivität derα-Amylase wurde ein neues Substrat synthetisiert. Die Synthese kam in der Hauptsache durch die Farbstoffbindung an wasserlösliche Stärke und die anschliessende Vernetzung sowie durch den Zusatz von Diepoxid zustande.
