Zusammenfassung

Dopamin und Noradrenalin wurden in den Speicheldrüsen und im Gehirn der gefütterten ZeckenBoophilus microplus gefunden. Vorbehandlung der Zecken mit Reserpin führt zu einer starken Reduktion dieser Katecholamine in den Drüsen, hat aber keinen bedeutenden Einfluss auf den Dopamin- oder Noradrenalingehalt im Gehirn.
